Through the Career Development Cluster, the Faculty of Education held a Focus<em> Group Discussion <\/em>(FGD) related to<em>Tracer Study, <\/em>on Thursday (14\/04\/22) morning. The activity which was held in the Study Program Meeting Room was attended directly by the Dean&#8217;s staff, Department Leaders, and lecturers within the Faculty of Education. On this occasion, present speakers from the Division<em>Tracer Study, <\/em>Undiksha Student Career Development and Entrepreneurship Technical Implementation Unit (UPT PKKM), I Made Suarsana, S.Pd., M.Sc., explained that<em>Tracer Study <\/em>is a structured survey to determine the career development and absorption of graduates in the world of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>Tracer <\/em>This is done systematically, using instrument standardized, scientific methods and then proper data analysis, so that later the results are reported<em> <\/em>&#8220;This can be used as a basis for larger policies,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, he said that besides being important for graduates, attendance<em>Tracer Study <\/em>also plays an important role in fulfilling National policies relating to the Main Performance Indicators of Higher Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSo it is important to fill graduate tracer<em>, <\/em>The first is for the benefit of the graduates themselves, we on campus have it networking<em> \/<\/em> network to the business world, so we can convey information related to the world of work to students. Then, from the data they fill in, we can use it to determine future policies, for example in the curriculum renewal process, then forms of coaching. <em>Soft Skills <\/em>&#8220;which students need to be ready to enter the world of work and also to support the fulfillment of National policies on Main Higher Education Performance Indicators,&#8221; he stressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In line with this, the Chair of the Career Development Group, Faculty of Education, Dr. I Made Citra Wibawa, S.Pd., M.Pd., targets implementation<em> Study <\/em>at the Faculty of Education, will be held in May by sending<em>instrument<\/em> to all alumni, recorded in the Higher Education Data Base (PD Dikti) in 2021, with a target of 85%. Supporting these achievements, his party together with the Career Development Group designed some strategies, including establishing coordination with the Division<em>Tracer Study <\/em>as well as optimizing communication with alumni. He is optimistic that he will be able to reach the 80% target that has been planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We are targeting at least May we will implement tracer<em> Study <\/em>by sending <em>instruments<\/em> to all alumni in 2021, and will be reported every 3 months in the FIP Undiksha Academic Info group. We will follow the targets set by the Institute, targeting 85%. In the future, we will continue to coordinate with the Division<em>Tracer Study, <\/em>earlier there were also some inputs related to instruments that we will learn first, that&#8217;s the first thing. Secondly, according to Deputy Dean II&#8217;s suggestion, we will optimize group alumni. Explanation from the Division<em>Tracer Study, <\/em>that what is classified as alumni is data entered into PD Dikti. We just know the technicalities, mechanisms, and explanations<em>Tracer Study <\/em>&#8220;This is our hope for the future, we are optimistic that we can achieve that 85%,&#8221; he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This elementary school teacher education study program also explained this Tracer<em> Study <\/em>in line with the Main Performance Indicators (KIKU), especially IKU 1 regarding the absorption of graduates in the world of work. &#8220;Linkages<em>Tracer Study <\/em>with KPI this is very extraordinary, especially at KPI 1, from the data<em>Tracer Study <\/em>&#8220;There are questions related to work there, from there we can find out if the percentage is large, meaning the competencies we develop in the Study Program have a
