The Guidance and Counseling’s vision:

To become a leading Guidance and Counseling Study Programme based on the Tri Hita Karana (Three Causes to Prosperity) philosophy in Asia by 2045.

The Guidance and Counseling’s missions:

  1. Organizing dignified education and teaching to produce competitive, collaborative, and characterized human resources based on the Tri Hita Karana.
  2. Organizing competitive, collaborative, and innovative research for the development and application of sciences and technology based on the Tri Hita Karana.
  3. Organizing competitive, collaborative, accommodating, and innovative community service based on the Tri Hita Karana.

Objectives

  1. Produce graduates with Bachelor Degree qualifications in Guidance and Counselling who are intelligent and competitive with high competence in planning, implementing, and evaluating Guidance and Counselling services; and have a commitment and work ethic based on the Tri Hita Karana philosophy.
  2. Produce humanist, collaborative, innovative, and competitive research and scientific publications that have an impact on scientific development and Guidance and Counseling practice based on the Tri Hita Karana philosophy
  3. Produce works of community service that are humanist, collaborative, innovative, and competitive and impact solving human problems and improving human welfare.
  4. It realizes cooperation at the national and international levels that are mutually beneficial for the development of science and practice of Guidance and Counseling and problem-solving and human welfare.
  5. Realizing the governance of study programmes to achieve superior study programmes in the scientific development of guidance and counseling.

Graduate Profiles

1  School Counselor

Professional educators have high pedagogic and scientific abilities in the field of Guidance and Counselling, and are able to manage independent Counseling Guidance services, both classically, in groups, and individually.

2  Researcher

Researcher in the field of Education and Counseling Guidance who can conduct beginner-level research, using scientific logic of thinking to provide alternative problem solving.

3  Experts

Mastering basic theoretical concepts in the field of Counseling Guidance in-depth, formulating procedural problem-solving in the area, communicating orally and in writing, and building productive interpersonal relationships.

4  Counselor

Professional counsellors for business and industry, special need children, reproduction health, and narcotics and dangerous drugs. Have the ability to provide high-quality counseling services and be able to manage an independent counseling process.
