Singaraja – Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha held Judicium for May period via offline on Friday morning (15/07/2022). This event was participated by 243 participants with details 12 people from Education Technology (TP) Study Program, 9 people from Guidance and Counselling (BK) Study Program, 205 people from Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program, and 17 people from Early Childhood Teacher Education (PGPAUD). Vice Dean for Academics Affairs Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., proudly welcomed the new scholars. He advised to them to be able to implement the knowledge which have been obtained when studying at the Faculty of Education. Beside of that, the alumni were appealed to always keep the good reputation of the alma mater. It was also mentioned that they have important role to increase the achievement of Key Performance Indicator i.e. which is related to the absorption of the students in the world of work and the study continuity to the higher level.
“We hope that those who have been in this Judicium can complete the administration soon so that they are able to register for graduation. After that, they certainly will run a new life, either as post graduate students, entering the world of work or starting a business. Related to this, we as the leaders certainly hope that they can keep the good reputation of the alma mater, hopefully, they can pursue their carrier successfully”, he hoped.
At this judicium, the highest score was obtained by I Gusti Ngurah Kade Angga Juliartawan from Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program with GPA 3,98 (Cumlaude). When he was met at A Building of FIP Undiksha, he showed his happiness for achieving the highest GPA. He thought that this achievement was inseparable from the support of family, guidance lecturers, and peers. Furthermore, he hoped that in the future, FIP Undiksha are able to be the trend setter faculty in Undiksha or Asia.
“It is an incredible thing that I can achieve the highest GPA. It is certainly because of the support of family, lecturers at the Faculty of Education which were extraordinary in giving guidance and motivation, and peers who always gave support to be better. Next, I want to pursue my carrier first, while waiting for scholarship opportunity to continue my study to post graduate. I hope that the Faculty of Education remains the best faculty in Undiksha and hopefully, more achievements would be able to be achieved”, he concluded.(PR Dewa Nida)
