Singaraja -Business and Entrepreneurship cluster of the Faculty of Education, held a Soft Launching of the entrepreneurship exhibition on Tuesday (28/06/2022) morning. The exhibition was officially launched by the Vice Rector of Students and Alumny Affairs and Public Relations of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Suastra, M.Pd., accompanied by Vice Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., Vice dean of Students and Alumny Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., head of department in FIP Undiksha environment, and Chairman of Business and Entrepreneurship Cluster, Ni Made Daini Vitri Sinta Sari, S.Pd., M.Pd. Various types of products are presented at the event, ranging from handicrafts, food and beverage products to the service sector, which are packaged neatly so that they can attract visitors. In his speech, the Vice Rector of Students and Alumny Affairs and Public Relations of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Suastra, M.Pd., highly appreciating the event, he considered this exhibition as a forum for students to continue to innovate in developing products, so that later students of the Faculty of Education can compete in the market.
It is also said that the success of students in entrepreneurship, can improve the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) faculty in particular and the University in general, therefore it is ready to support the implementation of entrepreneurship programs, both in coaching and funding. “Students need to develop the spirit of entrepreneurship, then they must be able to read opportunities, so that students can innovate to develop their products. This activity is also very supportive of IKU’s achievement, of course we support this, so for students who want to become startups, we from student affairs are ready to support, especially in funding, “he explained.
Confirmed after the activity, Chairman of the business and Entrepreneurship cluster, Ni Made Daini Vitri Sinta Sari, S.Pd., M.Pd., said that in the future similar exhibitions will be regularly rolled out every semester, thereby increasing student involvement in entrepreneurship. Furthermore, he hopes that through this activity, he will be able to give birth to new cadres to compete in national entrepreneurship competitions. (PR. Dewa Nida)
