Singaraja – Another proud achievement was made by the students of the Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha in the national event. In the 2022 Integrated Geography Olympiad organized by the Indonesian Science Olympiad Training (POSI) on Sunday (09/10/2022), FIP Undiksha, represented by Ni Komang Ari Rahayu from the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD), won a Bronze medal. The activity, which was attended by 65 participants from various universities throughout Indonesia, was held online. However, it did not dampen the steps and enthusiasm of this student born in 2003 to bring the name of FIP Undiksha to triumph at the national level.
The success of the student who is familiarly called Ari cannot be separated from the special training carried out before appearing in this prestigious event. She said that she was proud of the achievements she had achieved. She emphasized that this achievement is a strong capital to keep innovating to participate in the next competition. In addition, she also invited all FIP Undiksha students to always hone their potential in order to increase competitiveness.
“I am very happy, hopefully in the future, I can compete at a higher level. For friends, let’s hone our skills early, don’t be afraid to try,” she said. This brilliant achievement received appreciation from the Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd. He said that FIP Undiksha continues to strive to improve achievements, by maximizing coaching and mapping student potential.
“We always facilitate students as a step to maximize the achievements of FIP Undiksha in various competitions, both at the National and even International levels,” he concluded. (PR. Dewa Nida)
