Singaraja – In order to welcome the prestigious 2022 XVIII Virtue Youth Election (PRB), the Faculty of Education (FIP) through the Student Executive Body (BEM) FIP Undiksha held an audience with the Office of Education, Youth and Sports (Disdikpora) of the Province of Bali, on Wednesday ( 24/08/2022) morning. On this occasion, the Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., accompanied by the Head of BEM FIP Undiksha, Ni Putu Putri Budiastini and the group, were received directly by the Head of the Youth and Sports Education Office, IKN Boy Jayawibawa.
During the audience, Deputy Dean Aditya conveyed a number of things including, this annual event was held again for the 18th time with two categories of students and students, which this year received a rotating trophy from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek ) for the category of tertiary institutions throughout Indonesia. The Deputy Dean from Medahan Village, Gianyar assessed that Budi Pekerti is a national cultural heritage.
“Our visit to the Disdikpora is to convey matters related to the upcoming implementation of DRR, the main thing is that we convey that the Ministry of Education and Culture has given a rotating trophy for the student category. I hope that PRB will continue to be the icon of the Faculty of Education,” he said
The Head of the Youth and Sports Education Office, IKN Boy Jayawibawa appreciated the superior work program of BEM FIP Undiksha. According to him, DRR activities must be a barometer for developing ethical character in Indonesia. He considered that this good character has been included in the Pancasila Student Profile launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture. “I am very proud, this activity must continue to be developed, so that later DRR can become a benchmark for the development of good character. I hope this activity can continue to inspire the younger generation,”he hoped.
In line with that, the Chairperson of BEM FIP Undiksha, Ni Putu Putri Budiastini hopes that this activity will be able to get appreciation from the people of Bali and even Indonesia, about the importance of Characteristics. “I hope that in the future this activity can run smoothly, and of course through this activity, the public can understand the importance of good character,” he concluded.
