Badung – Undiksha’s Faculty of Education (FIP) continues to work together to improve education staff services in order to realize Undiksha’s FIP as a faculty trendsetter in Asia. Supporting this, a Focus Group Disussion (FGD) was held with the topic “Improving AKHLAK Services (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative) Education Personnel at the Faculty of Education, Ganesha University of Education” based at the Harris Hotel Kuta Galeria, Badung, on Sunday – Tuesday, 20 – 22 November 2022.
On this occasion, the Deputy Chancellor for General Administration, Planning, Finance and Resources Undiksha, Prof. Dr. Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., and Head of the Undiksha Laboratory School Foundation, Drs. Ketut Pudjawan, M.Pd., as a guest speaker. He was warmly welcomed by the ranks of the Dean, Lecturers, and Staff at FIP ??Undiksha.
After the activity, Vice Chancellor Wayan Lasmawan appreciated the FGD activities echoed by FIP Undiksha. He said that FIP ??Undiksha was one of the foremost faculties at Undiksha.
“Several institutional innovations were born from the Faculty of Education, FIP is adorned by extraordinary human resources who are competent in their fields,” he said.
He believes that this event can give birth to new innovations in order to support future faculty clustering. He hopes that in the future FIP Undiksha will be able to produce human resources who can color leadership management at Undiksha. Also conveyed, he emphasized to the staff to always improve competence, and be skilled in providing services, so that stakeholders feel comfortable.
“I believe this quarantine will give birth to several recommendations, reflections, ideas to make FIP better by clustering. Qualificationally, FIP employees must upgrade their qualifications, and I will support how to make this FIP better, “continued Lasmawan.
Meanwhile, Chair of the Undiksha LAB Foundation, Ketut Pudjawan, assessed that the performance of Undiksha’s FIP staff had increased dramatically. He emphasized increasing professionalism and commitment to support the achievement of FIP Undiksha’s Vision and Mission.
“The performance of FIP employees is very good, now it’s just a matter of encouraging them to continue to improve,” he explained.
The Dean of FIP Undiksha, I Ketut Gading explained, this event leads to the target of FIP Undiksha as a Corruption-Free Area Integrity Zone. He encouraged the FIP academic community to always provide maximum service.
“This employee refreshment is indeed being carried out to strengthen ourselves in realizing FIP Undiksha to become an area free from corruption. This requires commitment from employees to provide services that are METAKSU (Service Beyond Speech),” he said. (hms Dewa Nida)
