Singaraja – The Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha held an evaluation and report on the 2022 Public Relations and Information Team which took place in the Study Program Meeting Room on Monday (12/12/2022) morning. This event was attended directly by the Dean of FIP Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., Vice Deans, Department Heads, Study Program Coordinators, and representatives of student organizations of FIP Undiksha.
In his remarks, the Dean of FIP Undiksha, Prof. Gading appreciated the performance of the Public Relations and Information team. He considered that the public relations team was at the forefront in presenting information and outreach in the context of developing the Faculty of Education. This number one person at FIP Undiksha hopes that in the future the public relations team will be able to compile a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) so that all activities related to protocol and public relations can be well standardized.
“The PR team has done many things, starting from making flayers, infographics, reporting, short videos, and revamping the web. In the future, I hope this team can carry out activities to improve human resources,” he said.
He further emphasized that the leaders always supports ideas that can later improve the quality of the Faculty of Education. The support being provided certainly by coaching, mentoring, to funding.
“We will provide adequate funding, so that the programs designed can run in 2023 by starting in January. We will increase the knowledge of the public relations and information team personnel by carrying out FGDs and workshops, “said Gading.
After the activity, the Head of the Undiksha FIP Public Relations and Information Team, Dewi Arum Widhiyanti Metra Putri, S.Psi., M.A., said that the first step she will take with the team is to realize a number of work programs in 2023 while continuing to reflect so that all programs work can go well.
“After this evaluation, we will start moving to carry out the work program plan that we have agreed with the leaders. For this reason, we hope that the PR and information team will receive additional personnel so that the PR team’s performance can increase significantly, both in quantity and quality,” hoped Dewi Arum.
