Graduation list requirements

1. Colored passport photos (dark blue background) with size: 4×6, 4 (four) pieces (conditions can be seen on the form)
2. Print Out Biodata from SIAK/SIAKNG
3. Make sure you have entered your graduation registration data in SIAK / SIAKNG
4. Last UKT/Last KRS Payment Slip.
5. IKA Payment Slip and Souvenirs
6. Collecting KTM (Student Card)
7. Photocopy of the last diploma
8. Thesis Submission Proof Form
9. Upload Softcopies of Theses and Articles that have been published in journals athttps://go.undiksha.ac.id/unggahskripsiFIP

– All files are included in the folder (red: BK Study Program, yellow: TP Study Program, green: PGSD Study Program, blue: PG-PAUD Study Program)

– Paste the identity sheet on the front page of the MAP
