Singaraja – The Undiksha Faculty of Education Senate held a year-end report and reflection which took place in the Undiksha FIP Study Program Meeting Room, on Thursday (29/12/2022) led directly by the Chair of the FIP Senate, Prof. Dr. Anak Agung Gede Agung, M.Pd. On that occasion, the Dean of FIP Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of Department and Study Program Coordinator at FIP ??Undiksha.
In his presentation, Prof. Agung reported some work programs that had been successfully achieved over 1 year. He further said that the FIP senate has 2 commissions, of which Commission 1 is tasked with handling Quality Assurance, Tri Dharma of Higher Education (PT) Cooperation, Student Affairs, and Alumni with 9 programs. Meanwhile, Commission 2 handles HR development planning with 4 programs.
His party is aware that its implementation will not be free from various obstacles. Nevertheless, the work program in 2022 has gone well with a success percentage of 99%. In the future, he and his staff will also continue to try to design strategies for the 2023 period, as an effort to improve the quality of the faculty.
“In general, the FIP Senate work program has been running well without any significant obstacles,” he explained.
In the warm discussion, many senate members contributed various ideas to improve the student body in 2023.
“There are several new proposals related to increasing the number of students, such as recruiting new students from teachers to take part in the Extension program, but still with the regular program where learning takes place online,” he concluded. (hms Dewa Nida)
