To prepare for accreditation towards Excellence, FIP held a simulation of an accreditation visit for the Early School Child Teacher Education (PGPAUD) study program, which took place in the Form Room, FIP B, 1st floor, on Tuesday (11/08/2020). This activity was attended by the leadership of the Faculty of Education, lecturers, and the PGPAUD Taspos team.
This simulation activity was opened by the dean of the Faculty of Education, Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi explained that the purpose of holding this simulation is to prepare for real accreditation so that during the field assessment we can organize and provide data quickly and accurately so that the assessor is satisfied with the speed at which we act in providing the data needed by the assessor, as well as preparing answers to questions that may arise that the assessor will ask us.
7 standards are the focus of the areas that will be accredited, starting from vision and mission standards to community service standards. These seven standards must meet or exceed higher education standards that have been established under applicable regulations. In preparing for accreditation, the Dean of the Faculty of Education admitted that the PGPAUD academic community was making very serious efforts to achieve success toward Superior accreditation. Various efforts have been made, one of which is by boosting the achievement of accreditation for the PGPAUD study program which is accredited B “I hope that this PGPAUD study program will indeed have an A accreditation, after accreditation A., I hope that this PGPAUD study program will become a center of excellence in providing PGPAUD education for eastern Indonesia and I “Hopefully there will be one or two people from PGPAUD friends to become study program accreditation assessors,” he said.
