Singaraja – Creating young entrepreneurs among students is being intensively carried out by various universities. The Ministry of Education and Culture designed the Independent Campus, Independent Learning program to create entrepreneurial development innovations that will support the economy in Indonesia.
The program offered is not just about creating a business but is also supported by capital, business assistance, and development. Following up on this, the Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) invited entrepreneurship experts from the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) Buleleng to provide input on student businesses that were successfully funded, on Tuesday, (14/12/ 2021).
There are seven entrepreneurial groups that are given descriptions and input from entrepreneurship experts. Gede Subianta Eka Kresnawan, chairman of HIPMI Buleleng, really appreciated the efforts made by the students. From this activity, students can learn to be entrepreneurs. The enthusiasm of students is also very high.
“I really hope that in the future FIP will continue to organize similar activities, so that there will be regeneration. When they graduate from college, they can become entrepreneurs,” said Subianta Eka
In general, Subianta assessed that the businesses created by students were very good. The flow of thinking for entrepreneurship is correct, although adjustments need to be made.
Ni Luh Putu Divya Jyoti Mahardika, one of the leaders of the student entrepreneurship team, looked into the world of art, namely forming the Santarsa ??Bali studio which teaches Balinese dance specifically for elementary school children. As well as to preserve culture, especially in the Jembrana area.
“However, we are still constrained by the time we have to share with lectures and organizations. In the future, we hope that someone will continue it, and we want the students who practice dancing at this studio to be able to perform at arts events,” said Divya.
This is different from the team from Komang Ayu Tantri Sastra Dewi who are entrepreneurs in cookie products under the name Kiss Me. They sell cookies because they see a big opportunity and cookies are a favorite food among various groups of people. They offer cookies with shapes, flavors, and prices that suit their consumers. “The goal during this pandemic is that Kiss Me can improve the economy, namely by opening resellers,” said Ayu Tantri.
