Singaraja– Undiksha Faculty of Education (FIP), through the Quality Control Group (GKM) held an Evaluation and Dissemination of Quality Assurance for the Faculty of Education which took place in the Undiksha FIP Seminar Room, on Tuesday (13/12/2022) morning. On this occasion, the Secretary of the Undiksha Learning Development and Quality Assurance Institute (LPPPM), Dr. I Gusti Lanang Agung Parwata, S.Pd., M.Kes. His presence was warmly welcomed by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of the Basic Education Department (Pendas) Drs. I Made Suarjana, M.Pd., and Secretary of the Pendas Department who is also the Chair of GKM FIP Undiksha, Dr. I Gede Astawan, S.Pd., M.Pd.
In his speech, Dr. Lanang Parwata representing Undiksha Deputy Chancellor I, Dr. I Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I., appreciated the performance of the FIP Undiksha Quality Control Group. He hopes that this activity will continue and even be developed. It was also conveyed that the leadership always supports all programs that can improve the quality of the faculty.
“The implementation of quality assurance at FIP ??has really been carried out well, and this is something that other faculties at Undiksha should emulate. “In the future, this really needs to be continued so that faculties and institutions can continue to work together, and we will facilitate that,” he said.
Meanwhile, Chair of GKM FIP Undiksha, Dr. I Gede Astawan explained a number of programs that were successfully achieved during 1 year, related to ensuring the quality of education implementation at FIP ??Undiksha.
“We have implemented several programs, related to 9 National accreditation criteria, AQAS International accreditation. “Apart from that, we have also carried out monitoring and evaluation for LAMDIK accreditation,” stressed Astawan.
Furthermore, his party invites all teaching staff to continue to work together in order to optimize the achievement of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. He is optimistic that he will be able to achieve the targets set, especially improving Tri Dharma PT, both in terms of quality and quantity.
“We hope that fellow lecturers will be able to compete to win central grants, to increase achievements in the fields of research and community service. “Hopefully with this evaluation, we can increase our target,” continued Astawan. (hms Dewa Nida)
