Singaraja– Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha continues to strive to increase the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) and Faculty Clustering. One of the efforts made is through the Teacher Delegation program. This program, which was initiated by FIP Undiksha, is wrapped in the implementation of Entrepreneurship Education/Soft Skills activities in elementary schools, to improve the quality of lecturers as practitioners in the Faculty of Education. Apart from that, the involvement of lecturers in elementary school teaching can foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students. This activity was carried out in 10 elementary schools spread across the district. Buleleng, including SD N 1 Kalibukbuk, SD N 2 Kalibukbuk, SD N 3 Kalibukbuk, SD N 4 Kalibukbuk, SD N 2 Tukadmungga, SD N 4 Panji, SD N 1 Poh Bergong, SD N 1 Baktiseraga, SD N 4 Bebetin, and SD N 3 Banyuning, involving 20 lecturers from FIP Undiksha.
This celebration was welcomed by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd. He who carried out monitoring at SD N 1 Baktiseraga, on Saturday (10/12/2022) assessed that this movement was a forum for lecturers to be able to implement their skills in the field of entrepreneurship.
“This is a very good program for lecturers to gain experience, apply their knowledge in elementary schools, so that it can be disseminated widely, then disseminated to students,” he said.
It was also said that this also refers to the achievements of the IKU and future Faculty Clusterization. He hopes that in terms of quantity, more and more lecturers will be active outside campus, and will be able to improve the quality of Human Resources in the Faculty of Education.
“Yes, this is how many lecturers are active outside campus, including in IKU and supporting our clustering,” continued Tegeh.
The Deputy Dean from Panji Village, Buleleng said that the leadership always supports ideas that can later improve the quality of the Faculty of Education
“We always provide motivation and prepare human resources to carry out monitoring. In the future, it may need to be budgeted, so that this program can run smoothly,” he concluded.
Speaking to Public Relations, Practitioner Lecturer, Kadek Yudiana, S.Pd., M.Pd., explained the series of entrepreneurial activities carried out at SD N 1 Baktiseraga, starting from exploration, implementation, to the marketing bazaar of the products that have been made.
“There are 8 groups from various classes involved. “They are very enthusiastic about taking part in this activity, judging from the trial stage, but their product is already good and suitable for marketing,” said Yudi.
Meanwhile, the Principal of SD N 1 Baktiseraga, Putu Ada, M.Pd., appreciated the program initiated by the Faculty of Education. According to him, this is in line with the Pancasila Student Profile in terms of independence and skills. He also assessed that students’ interest in participating in this entrepreneurial practice was very high.
“The entrepreneurship program from FIP Undiksha is extraordinary, so this is very connected to one of the Merdeka Curriculum. “Our students are very enthusiastic, starting from preparing tools and materials to the process of making the product,” he said. (hms Dewa Nida)
