Singaraja– Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha is facing Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) for the Development of Corruption-Free Area Integrity Zones and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Areas (ZI-WBK/WBBM) from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) through the Directorate General Higher Education, Research and Technology (Diktristek), on Wednesday (08/03/2023).
The Monev which took place semi-online was centered in three rooms, namely the Seminar Room, Study Program Meeting Room, Lecture Rooms B1.01 and B2.02. This activity was attended by the Dean of FIP, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of Department, and Study Program Coordinator within FIP Undiksha, accompanied by the Head of the Undiksha ZI-WBK/WBBM Team, Dr. Made Agus Wijaya, S.Pd., M.Pd., and Undiksha Internal Assessment Team, Luh Putu Santiari, S.E., M.Pd.
Based on monitoring, the monitoring and evaluation implementation which took place from 11.00 WITA to 12.00 WITA ran smoothly. On that occasion, the ZI-WBK/WBBM FIP Team held a discussion with the Diktiristek Team regarding the supporting documents requested in the Evaluation Worksheet (LKE). In this warm discussion, the monitoring and evaluation team provided a lot of direction and input to the FIP Undiksha team. This is of course used as evaluation material in the fulfillment of documents and their implementation.
Head of the ZI-WBK/WBBM FIP Undiksha Team, Dr. I Gede Astawan, S.Pd., M.Pd., said that in the near future, his party and staff will present resource persons from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, Technology and Higher Education to provide assistance in completing the LKE.
“So, of the six areas being monitored, some have good results, and some are still lacking. “We will immediately coordinate to respond to this, because we have been given until March 23,” he said.
The official from Munti Gunung Village, Karangasem emphasized that the teams in each area should be able to understand the question points first, and then complete the requested documents. Furthermore, he hopes for a commitment from the leadership to continue to encourage the team and the entire academic community to implement all the demands in the LKE, so that we can achieve the ZI-WBK/WBBM title.
“I hope this is actually implemented, not just a document. “So the ZI-WBK atmosphere is truly realized in the Faculty of Education,” concluded Astawan.
Speaking to Public Relations, the Dean of FIP Undiksha, I Ketut Gading appreciated the performance of the ZI-WBK/WBBM FIP Undiksha Team who had worked hard and smartly to realize the development of the Integrity Zone at FIP. The Number One Person in the Faculty of Education invited all areas to work more optimally to complete the documents that had not been fulfilled.
“We will work even harder to improve and complete this. I really appreciate the friends on the team. Even though he is very busy, he still works with enthusiasm. Please continue completing these tasks,” he said. (hms Dewa Nida)
