- Colored passport photos (dark blue background) with size: 4×6, 4 (four) pieces (conditions can be seen on the form)
- Print Out Biodata from SIAK
- Last UKT/Last KRS Payment Slip.
- IKA Payment Slip and Souvenirs
- Collecting KTM (Student Card)
- Photocopy of the last diploma
- Thesis Submission Proof Form
- Upload Softcopies of Theses and Articles that have been published in journals athttps://go.undiksha.ac.id/unggahskripsiFIP

All files are included in the folder (red: BK Study Program, yellow: TP Study Program, green: PGSD Study Program, blue: PG-PAUD Study Program)
