The Student Association for the Department of Education, Psychology and Guidance (HMJ IPPB) held a Work Conference (Musker) after the inauguration of the new management for the 2023/2024 term at the Undiksha FIP Seminar Room, offline. The activity with the theme “Creating Effective and Quality Functionary Performance with a Spirit of Optimism Towards a Solid, Superior and Organized HMJ IPPB” was held on Saturday (01/04/2023). Participants in this activity came from HMJ IPPB functionaries and students from the Department of Education, Psychology, and Guidance, totaling 52 people.
This work meeting is a mandatory thing that needs to be carried out by every organization, in order to equalize the perception of the work program design for one year of management. The characteristic of an organization, namely the excellence of its work programs, is what is born in work deliberations, said the Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Education, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., when met after opening the activity.
“The opportunity as a student will never happen again, so we need to study harder to be able to make ourselves different and improve our intellect, so we can become a superior generation and human resource,” he stressed. Meanwhile, the chairman of the working deliberation committee, Ni Made Yuni Kristina Dewi, said that this working deliberation was aimed at discussing and determining the work program for HMJ IPPB functionaries, Musker, who would be the starting point for future work programs to make them more effective and of better quality, she said in her speech.
