Singaraja– The Department of Student Association (HMJ) within the Faculty of Education, held a Work Conference (Muker) after the inauguration of the new management for the 2022/2023 term which took place in the Undiksha FIP Seminar Room, semi-online on Tuesday, March 29 & Saturday, April 2, 2022. This working meeting aims to prepare an annual work plan as the basis for a student organization, in carrying out work programs for 1 (one) year of management, as stated by the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., when met after the activity.
“This work deliberation activity or work meeting is a routine activity in the organizational mechanism, so the work deliberation is intended to prepare an annual work plan and that is the basis for every student organization, including HMJ Pendas, in carrying out its duties and evaluating its success,” he said.
The number one person in the Faculty of Education also hopes that students will be able to produce work programs that are in line with the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) of Higher Education, Clustering criteria, and the Dean’s Promise to the Chancellor.
“I hope that students can produce work programs that are in accordance with the Main Performance Indicators of Higher Education, that is the first, then the Clustering criteria, then the Dean’s Promise to the Chancellor, and are relevant to the work programs of student institutions above them, for example, BEM, BEM REMA, MPM perhaps, and so on,” he concluded.
Meanwhile, the head of HMJ Educational Psychology and Guidance (IPPB) Ni Putu Ariasih from the Guidance and Counseling Program (BK) hopes that the work programs that have been prepared can run well. Her party also emphasized to all functionaries to always maintain good communication.
“Hopefully in the future, we at the functionaries can carry out the work program well, hopefully, all the work programs that have been prepared can be carried out well and smoothly. “The advice is to keep communicating with each other, in order to minimize obstacles in the future,” he stressed.
In line with this, the chairman of HMJ Basic Education (Pendas) I Made Sukiana from the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) hopes that in the future all HMJ Pendas functionaries will be able to collaborate with BEM Faculty, to support the realization of the work program that has been designed. “My hope is that after holding this work deliberation, all HMJ functionaries can collaborate with the Faculty’s BEM, in accordance with the Dean’s remarks, where when we prepare a work program, we must support the programs of the Faculty itself, we have high hopes that we can carry out the program work that we will legalize later,” he hoped.
