Singaraja: With several international programs it has, the Faculty of Education (FIP) again sent 11 students to take part in the program internship. After successfully sending 4 students to Australia, FIP Undiksha has now chosen the Philippines as its next destination.
A series of activitiesOutbound Academic and Cultural Exposure Undiksha, together with Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd as Chancellor of Ganesha University of Education, accompanied by the Dean of FIP Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Widiana, S.Pd., M.Pd, and his staff, held an audience to prepare for the departure of FIP Undiksha students to the Philippines in Ganesha Room 2. “Being one of the faculties who can develop my vision is an honor,” said Prof. Lasmawan in his opening speech to the audience.
This program aims to invite Ganesha Education University to become a more competitive and superior campus in Asia, as well as to encourage students to understand the outside world better. This can be seen from the success of FIP Undiksha students who provide good teaching in Australia. Now, 11 FIP Undiksha students will be sent to the Philippines to achieve success. “There will be openings to Malaysia, then Singapore, for a new chapter so that students can get to know all the countries in Asia better,” said the Dean of FIP Undiksha in planning programs in other countries.
One of the students who will be leaving for the Philippines, Vina Adriyanti, stated, “Of course, I feel happy because I can be one of the many students who have registered, and I feel proud.” In this program, there is student selection which involves administration stages, interviews, and assessment of English language skills. During the program, students will visit one of the universities, Holy Cross Of Davao College in the Philippines.
