The Undiksha Faculty of Education held the 2020 Final Evaluation Activity which was held on Wednesday (23/12/2020) in the meeting room of the Undiksha Faculty of Education.
This activity was attended by the Head of Administration, Head of the Academic Subdivision, Head of the General and Finance Subdivision, Head of the Student and Alumni Affairs Subdivision, as well as all staff within FIP Undiksha. Putu Budi Juniantari, S.Sos, as Head of the Administration Department stated “This activity aims to evaluate the performance or services of educational staff both to the academic community within the FIP environment and outside the FIP Undiksha environment.” This activity also aims to reflect on the extent to which the activity program has been realized and whether it has met the targets. Each activity program that has been implemented has its achievement target through Employee Performance Targets (SKP), but there is also an evaluation carried out by the leadership individually. real regarding the performance of educational staff in terms of services to students, lecturers, and the community, even during the pandemic, whether in the form of academic services or others.
This activity also discussed employee discipline and program achievements which were evaluated by Deputy Dean II of FIP Undiksha as deputy dean for HR. Dr. I Wayan Widiana, S.Pd., M.Pd., as Deputy Dean II stated that many things must be prepared to make international accreditation a success, one of which is that educational staff must also improve their English language skills so that staff can serve the international academic community.
“In the future, we will be able to improve and improve what was done in 2020, especially in terms of discipline and service, so that these improvements can improve support “All activities in 2021 include international accreditation,” he added.
