Singaraja– Students from the Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha, in the name of Komang Dewi Widiani from the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD), were again recorded as champions on the national stage. Through the innovation of Sekaa Truna Truni (STT): Post-Pandemic Balinese Traditional Cultural Cadre Youth, who is familiarly called Dewi, succeeded in winning second place in the 2022 LASANA National Essay Competition, organized by the Indonesian Language Department Student Association, State University of Malang (UM ) on Saturday (03/09/2022).
Confirmed, Komang Dewi Widiani explained that Sekaa Truna Truni has a very important role in preserving customs and culture in Bali. This is in line with the theme of this competition, namely “Post-pandemic Cultural Preservation of Indigenous Peoples”. For this reason, his party initiated innovation with renewable studies, to increase STT’s enthusiasm in carrying out its role as a cultured society.
For your information, this student, who is now in his 7th semester, has succeeded in winning several medals in the business plan event, as well as national-level scientific papers in 2022. This success certainly cannot be separated from the results of the special training carried out before appearing in this prestigious event.
This student from Tajun Village, Buleleng said he was proud after succeeding in occupying the top three positions in the competition which was attended by dozens of students throughout Indonesia. He hopes that in the future he can make the faculty’s name proud again, of course with innovations.
“I hope to continue participating in various competitions both at the national and international levels, as an effort to develop my ability to write scientific papers,” said Dewi.
Furthermore, his party also invites all FIP Undiksha students to always develop their interests and talents through various competitions, to support faculty rankings on the national stage.
“Hopefully all FIP students will remain enthusiastic about achieving achievements to develop themselves and the campus,” he concluded.
This achievement received appreciation from the Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., who represented the Dean, said that FIP ??Undiksha continues to strive to improve achievement, by maximizing coaching and mapping student potential.
“We always facilitate students as a step to maximize FIP Undiksha’s achievements in various competitions,” he said.
It was also conveyed that, as a form of appreciation, this achievement would be equivalent to course grades, with the hope that students would become more enthusiastic about taking part in various competitions.
