Singaraja – The Faculty of Education (FIP) Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) held an Exhibition and Dissemination of Innovative Work and Problem-Solving Projects (10-12 July 2023) to encourage student creativity. This event took place on the 3rd floor of the FIP B Undiksha Building and was opened by the Deputy Chancellor for Planning, Finance and General Affairs, Dr. I Wayan Artanayasa S.Pd., M.Pd., Dean of FIP Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs FIP Undiksha, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Widiana, S.Pd., M.Pd., and Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd. Also present at the opening of this event was the Secretary of the Institute for Research and Community Service, Dr. I Made Sugiarta, M.Sc., Deputy Dean l of the Faculty of Economics, Dr. Dra. Ni Made Suci, M.Si, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Sports and Health, Dr. I Ketut Yoda, S.Pd., M.Or, Deputy Dean l Faculty of Medicine, dr. I Putu Suryasa, MS, PKK., SP.OK., Chair of UPPBM Denpasar, Prof. Dr. Anak Agung Gede Agung, M.Pd., Head of the Department, Secretary of the Department, Coordinator of Study Programs, and all Lecturers in FIP Undiksha.
Deputy Chancellor II Undiksha, Dr. I Wayan Artanayasa S.Pd., in an interview with Public Relations of FIP Undiksha, stated that the innovation work exhibition held by the Faculty of Education had a positive impact on improving the quality of education. He conveyed,
“I was very impressed with this exhibition because all the media displayed were designed to help students understand future learning and the learning objectives could be achieved easily. Elementary school children will definitely enjoy learning using innovative media like this.”
He continued, that the Deputy Chancellor from Bangli Regency hopes that other faculties can imitate the Faculty of Education in holding innovative work exhibitions so that students can create.
“The institution itself really supports and appreciates activities like this. And I think other faculties at Undiksha should also follow in the footsteps of FIP Undiksha. “And of course, we have to support the implementation of IPR so that the work can become the student’s personal property,” stressed Undiksha Deputy Chancellor II.
The Exhibition and Dissemination of Innovative Work and Problem-Solving Projects at the Faculty of Education went lively, as seen from the large number of students who attended and participated in the event. During the event, students received material explanations from resource persons such as Professor Dr. Kadek Suranata M.Pd kons., who discussed “Hypnosis and NLP.” On the second day, Deputy Dean III FIP Undiksha, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., delivered the material with the theme “Multiple Intelligence,” and on the last day, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs FIP Undiksha, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., gave a presentation on “Innovative Learning Models”.
