Singaraja– The Basic Education Department Student Association (HMJ Pendas) FIP Undiksha, again held the 2023 Management Succession which took place in the FIP Seminar Room (22/02/2023). The event with the theme “Creating Loyalty and Quality of the Young Generation Towards a Superior Organization” was officially opened by the Dean of FIP Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., accompanied by the Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of Department, Study Program Coordinator within FIP Undiksha, and Student Guidance Lecturer.
Speaking to Public Relations, the Chair of the Committee, Ni Kadek Putri Ayu Dwiadiningsih, explained that in this succession there were several series of activities, including the Administrative Selection and Interview Test stages. From the results of these stages, two pairs of candidates (Paslon) were determined, namely serial number 1, Chair: I Wayan Riski Ananda Putra (PGSD/4) and Deputy Chair: Putu Karisma Pebriyanti (PGSD/6) who carried the theme “Making HMJ Pendas an Organization which Upholds Family Values ??and Solidarity”. Meanwhile, candidate pair number 2, Chair: I Putu Risky Ardana Putra (PGSD/4) and Deputy Chair: Kadek Ayu Karnadi (PGSD/4), carried the theme “Creating HMJ Pendas that is Professional, Characteristic, Innovative and Upholds Solidarity ”.
In further explanation, Putri said that this activity was followed by a management accountability report for the 2021/2022 service period. Then, it continued with the delivery of the Vision and Mission and the selection of candidate pairs through consensus deliberation. After going through a fairly long series, candidate pair number 1 was appointed as the Elected Chair and Deputy Chair of HMJ Pendas, Service Period 2023/2024.
After the activity, Dean I Ketut Gading expressed his appreciation to the HMJ Pendas management for the 2021/2022 term for successfully gaining a number of achievements for FIP Undiksha. The Number One Person in the Faculty of Education also said that the spirit of building harmony is the main parameter for success in the organization.
“Congratulations to HMJ Pendas for being able to carry out activities well in 2022. Without HMJ Pendas, FIP would actually be nothing. “But with this achievement, I ask you not to be arrogant, remain humble, continue to perform, and improve your achievements,” he said.
Furthermore, the official from Timbul Village, Gianyar said that the leadership always provides full support for student activities. Support so far has been shown through coaching, mentoring, and funding.
“Our support is very high, because the Deputy Dean III of FIP continues to accompany us, provide direction, and motivation, and we also allocate funds for the development of student activities,” he concluded. (hms Dewa Nida)
