Singaraja – Career development for lecturers within FIP Undiksha, seems to be a special concern for the Leadership of the Faculty of Education (FIP), supporting this, FIP Undiksha is holding socialization activities/Article Manuscript clinics in order to accelerate the nomination of Head Professors and Professors of the Faculty of Education, Ganesha University of Education (27/10/2021). The activity, which was carried out in the FIP Undiksha Meeting Room, was attended by the Dean’s staff, as well as lecturers in the Undiksha environment who were in the process of applying for Head Professors and Professors, with the resource person Prof. Dr. Sutikno, S.T., M.T., who is a lecturer at Semarang State University (UNNES).
Confirmed directly, Prof. Dr. Sutikno, S.T., M.T. revealed that he was optimistic that in the future lecturers in the Faculty of Education would soon attain the title of Professor.
“We feel very happy because our lecturer colleagues at the Faculty of Education are enthusiastic about career promotion, especially developing their careers. Career development is not only a personal need, but also an institutional need. If you look at the enthusiasm of the lecturers at FIP ??Undiksha, I am optimistic that in the future my fellow lecturers will soon become professors, because judging from their work experience, they are already quite established, besides that they also have many scientific works, international journal articles and some also in “the process of submitting proposals to professors,” he stressed.
“Let’s work together to make the Ministry’s program of improvement a successful Class University through publications. “Scientific publications in international journals are in line with the Ministry’s program to accelerate lecturers so they can immediately occupy functional professor positions,” he continued.
