Singaraja– Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha held a Working Meeting (Raker) related to program evaluation in 2022, delivery of work programs in 2023, and plans for the development of FIP Undiksha in 2024 which took place in the Seminar Room (13/02/2023). The Working Meeting was attended by the Dean’s Staff, Department Leaders, Study Program Coordinators, Chair and Secretary of UPPBM Denpasar, Laboratory Chair, Cluster Chair, Functional Officials of Middle Experts and Young Experts, Lecturers, as well as BEM and HMJ representatives within FIP Undiksha. This meeting presented three speakers, namely, the Chancellor of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd., Deputy Chancellor for General Administration, Planning, Finance and Resources Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., as well as representatives of the Bali Province Education Quality Assurance Agency (BPMP), Roni Karsidi, S.H., M.Sc.
In his speech, the Dean of FIP, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., explained that the work program must refer to the Main Performance Indicators (IKU), including improving the quality of lecturers, the quality of the curriculum, programs to reduce lecturers, and teaching practitioners on campus. The official from Timbul Gianyar Village said that to achieve this work program, his party and staff had designed various breakthroughs, including forming clusters as an effort to accelerate the achievement of faculty IKU.
“The work program must be in accordance with the IKU determined by the ministry and reduced to the Dean’s promise to the Chancellor. “To support this, we have designed a strategy to help departments and study programs achieve the IKU,” explained Gading.
Furthermore, the Number One Person at FIP ??Undiksha hopes that the Faculty of Education can achieve its goal of becoming a Trendsetter Faculty and even an internationally reputable Faculty.
“In the future, we hope to achieve our target and even become an internationally reputable Faculty, as directed by the Chancellor,” he continued.
After the activity, the Chancellor of Undiksha who was also a resource person, I Nyoman Jampel, said that the leadership of the institution fully supports all work programs initiated by FIP Undiksha. The Chancellor for the two periods also appreciated FIP Undiksha’s determination to become a Trendsetter and internationally reputable Faculty. He believes that this is in line with the FIP METAKSU tagline (Serving is not limited to mere words) and has been proven by various collaboration achievements with a number of partners in the international arena.
“We really support it, because the program already refers to the university’s plans. I am sure that FIP ??Undiksha can achieve its targets because the plans and direction of its activities are already in that direction by carrying out extraordinary collaboration. “This shows that FIP ??Undiksha is very compliant with the Undiksha program,” concluded Jampel.
