Singaraja– Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha received visits and bench marketing from the Indonesian University of Education in Cibiru. This visit was received directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Widiana, S.Pd., M., Pd., who was accompanied by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Kadek Suranata, S.Pd., M.Pd., Kons., Deputy Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dr. Komang Sudarma, S.Pd., M.Pd., Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd. This collaboration was also attended by the Deputy Director for Academic and Student Affairs at the Indonesian Education University in Cibiru, the Head of the Basic Education Department, PGSD Study Program Coordinator, PGPAUD Study Program Coordinator, as well as lecturers at FIP ??Undiksha and UPI Lecturers in Cibiru.
In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Prof. Dr. I Wayan Widiana, S.Pd., M., Pd., said that FIP ??Undiksha opens up the widest possible opportunities for collaboration for all parties, where this collaboration includes academic and student affairs. In this speech, Prof. Wayan said that the Undiksha Faculty of Education had launched an international collaboration with universities in several countries.
“We are very open to collaborating in the academic field and other fields. This collaboration will have an impact on our students and lecturers within the Faculty of Education. In this case, we have collaborated to implement short courses with several countries such as Nigeria and Malaysia. “In this international collaboration, the faculty has formed an International Class Initiation (IKI) as an initial process of collaboration with universities from other countries.” Said Prof. Wayan.
The Faculty of Education is also preparing a short course next maturely, where short course This will be implemented next October and will involve several universities from other countries. The Faculty of Education continues to increase its capacity to be able to provide the best education and services for students studying at the Faculty of Education.
To public relations, Deputy Director for Academic and Student Affairs at the Indonesian University of Education Cibiru, Dr. Yeni Yuniarti, M.Pd., said that this collaboration was an effort made to increase the cooperation network in implementing activities which were of course expected by all parties. Collaboration carried out by the Indonesian Education University Cibiru in the fields of MBKM, Research, Service, and Education of course.
“Undiksha’s Faculty of Education welcomes this collaboration. Of course, in accordance with the aim of organizing activities at universities, of course, it is to improve the Tri Darma of higher education, Research, Service, and Education. The MBKM program, which is driven by the Ministry of Education and Culture, means that students not only study on campus but are also allowed to study outside campus.
