Singaraja – Departmental Student Association at Faculty of Education held a Work Meeting at Seminar Room for Faculty of Education Undiksha via hybrid (online and offline) on Tuesday, 29th March, 2022 and Saturday, 2nd April 2022. The event was held after the new management for service period 20022/2023 was inaugurated.The work meeting aimed at compiling the yearly work plan as the base of a student organization in realizing the work programs in 1 service year, this was conveyed by the Dean of Faculty of Education,Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., after the event was finished.
“The work meeting is a regular event in an organization mechanism, so that it was aimed at compiling the yearly work plan and it becomes the foothold for every student organization, including Departmental Student Association of Elementary Education in performing the duties and evaluating the success,’’ he mentioned.
The first person at the Faculty of Education also hoped that the students were able to produce work programs which were in line with the University Main Work Indicator (IKU), clusterization criteria and the Dean’s Promise to the Rector.
“I hoped that the students can produce work programs which were in line with the University Main Work Indicator (IKU), that’s the first, then clusterization criteria, then the Dean’s Promise to the Rector and relevant with the work programs of other higher student organizations, such as Student Executive Board, Student Executive Board of Student Republic, Student Meeting Board probably, etc.”, he concluded.
Meanwhile, the Head ofDepartmental Student Association of Educational Psychology and Guidance (IPPB) Ni Putu Ariasih from Guidance and Counselling Department (BK) hoped that the work programs which have been compiled could be executed well and she also emphasized to all functionaries to keep the communication well.
“My future hope is that we, the functionaries, are able to execute the work programs well, and hopefully, all work meetings which have been compiled could be realized well and smoothly. I suggest that we keep communicating each other in order to minimize the obstacle in the future”, she said.
In line with this, the Head ofDepartmental Student Association of Elementary Education, I Made Sukiana from Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program hoped that in the future, all functionaries of Departmental Student Association of Elementary Education could collaborate with Faculty Student Executive Board in order to support the realization of the work programs which have been designed. “I hope that after the work meeting was held, surely all functionaries of Departmental Student Association can collaborate with the Faculty Student Executive Board, as mentioned previously in the welcome speech of the Dean that when we compile the work plan, it should support the program of the faculty itself, we really hope that we can realize the work program which will be authorized later.”, he hoped.
