Singaraja- Thursday (20/05/2021) was an important moment for Balinese writers, right on the 113th National Awakening Day, the launch of a poetry anthology book entitled “Mei Poetry Bersemi”. The launch of this poetry anthology book was initiated by the Princess of the Governor of Bali, namely the photo of Putri Suastini Koster. The activity took place at the Krismawan Art Center Denpasar building.
This activity, which was carried out in a hybrid manner, was attended by the Dean and Deputy Dean 3 of the Undiksha Faculty of Education. This agenda contributed hope to the younger generation to continue working, especially in literary works, because it is through literature that the character and expression of the writer can be conveyed. Literature can also provide satisfaction for the writer and its audience. Other agendas such as announcing the winner of the poetry competition, and reading and musicalizing poetry added to the atmosphere of the event to be more lively. This annual activity, which has been carried out 3 times, is expected to get better in the coming years.
