The Basic Education Department Student Association (HMJ Pendas) FIP Undiksha again held a Semi-Online National Entrepreneurship Webinar, on Saturday (18/9/2021). The activity which was held in the Undiksha FIP Seminar Room carried the theme “Millennial Generation, Printers of the History of Entrepreneurship in Industry 4.0.” Committee Chair Ni Made Dwi Yulianti said that this theme was chosen because this millennial generation is productive, so they hope that this generation will be able to fill industrial era 4.0 with entrepreneurship. The pandemic period required this National activity to be held semi-online, however, this did not stop the committee from getting participants from outside Bali, with a total of 1164 participants.
“If it is related, the theme of the current pandemic condition is of course directly proportional, because there are many job opportunities, in fact, all aspects, be it economics, education, and so on, depend on technology. We hope that students can have the paradigm that many job opportunities can be initiated online or online. network,” said Student Affairs Supervisor, Made Vina Arie Paramita, S.Pd., M.Pd.
“He also hopes that by holding this activity, students will be able to produce innovations, whether in the form of products, learning media services, or opening businesses outside their fields, such as culinary and so on,” he continued.
Meanwhile, the Chair of HMJ Pendas, I Made Yoga Suandita, said that even in the Covid-19 pandemic situation, his party hopes that students will remain productive in exploring potentials that can be developed during this pandemic, one of which is through entrepreneurship, he added.
Meanwhile, this was confirmed separately by the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi said that his party appreciated this activity well, because entrepreneurship is an alternative job for college graduates, considering the limited job opportunities available and the large number of graduates in universities.
