The Student Executive Board (BEM) FIP Undiksha held seminars and workshops on Tuesday (15/12/20) which were held online via the Zoom meeting platform. The number of participants who took part in this activity was 130 people from FIP Undiksha students.
The theme of the seminar and workshop this time was dissecting the soft skills of the millennial generation. Prabaswari Putri, chair of the activities committee, said “This theme was raised because we want to know the characteristics of the soft skills of the current millennial generation, as well as prepare ourselves to develop soft skills.” This activity was presented by resource person Dr. Drs. I Ketut Sudiana M.Kes who is a Chemistry lecturer from Undiksha. This activity discusses the millennial generation and the soft skills that this generation must have. Apart from that, the resource person also emphasized that the basis of soft skills is leadership or business leadership.
“Participants were very enthusiastic about taking part in this activity, which was proven by the number of participants who asked questions to the resource persons,” he added.
“The hope is that in the future this activity can dissect the soft skills of FIP students so that they can improve the human resources of FIP Undiksha students,” said the Head of BEM FIP Undiksha
