Badung– Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha continues to work together to improve the services of educational staff to realize FIP Undiksha as a faculty trendsetter in Asia. Supporting this, a Focus Group discussion (FGD) was held with the topic “Improving Services with AKHLAK (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative) for Education Personnel at the Faculty of Education, Ganesha Education University” which was based at the Harris Hotel Kuta Galeria, Badung, on Sunday – Tuesday, 20 – 22 November 2022.
On this occasion, Undiksha’s Deputy Chancellor for General Administration, Planning, Finance and Resources, Prof. Dr. Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., and Chair of the Undiksha Laboratory School Foundation, Drs. Ketut Pudjawan, M.Pd., as resource person. They were warmly welcomed by the ranks of Deans, Lecturers, and Staff within FIP Undiksha.
After the activity, Deputy Chancellor Wayan Lasmawan appreciated the FGD activity initiated by FIP Undiksha. He said that FIP ??Undiksha is one of the leading faculties in Undiksha.
“Several institutional innovations were born from the Faculty of Education, FIP is decorated with extraordinary human resources who are competent in their fields,” he said.
He believes that this event can give birth to innovations to support future faculty clustering. He hopes that in the future FIP Undiksha will be able to produce human resources who can color leadership management at Undiksha. He also emphasized that he emphasized the staff to always improve their competence and skills in providing services so that stakeholders feel comfortable.
“I believe this quarantine will give rise to several recommendations, reflections, and ideas to make FIP better in terms of clustering. “In terms of qualifications, FIP employees must upgrade their qualifications, and I will support how to make FIP better,” continued Lasmawan.
Meanwhile, the Chair of the Undiksha LAB Foundation, Ketut Pudjawan, assessed that the performance of FIP Undiksha staff had increased drastically. He emphasized increasing professionalism and commitment to support the achievement of FIP Undiksha’s Vision and Mission.
“The performance of FIP employees is very good, now we just have to encourage them so that they continue to improve,” he explained.
The Dean of FIP Undiksha, I Ketut Gading, explained that this event was aimed at FIP ??Undiksha’s target of being a Corruption-Free Regional Integrity Zone. He encouraged the FIP academic community to always provide maximum service.
