HMJ Pendas FIP Undiksha held a national-level elementary school teaching activity competition which was held on (23-28/11/2020). This activity is held semi-online, and the competition system is carried out online.
Participants in this teaching competition activity came from teachers and students. The aim of holding this activity is “to train prospective teaching staff and teaching staff to be more able to develop creativity in teaching during a pandemic like this so that later students can understand the material being taught so that they will become Indonesia’s golden eagles,” said committee chairman Agus Suantara.
The competition process goes through four stages, namely the first stage, is collecting learning videos from competition participants. The second stage of video assessment will be assessed by a panel of judges. The third stage is the percentage stage of the competition participants. The final stage is the announcement of the competition. “We have designed the assessment system together with the competition and evaluation team along with the student affairs supervisor, which consists of several assessment criteria, both from the RPP assessment and the learning videos that have been prepared. upload on the teaching competition activity platform,” he said.
“We hope that this activity will be further developed by our future generations and through this activity, we hope that we can develop teaching skills for participants taking part in the competition,” he added.
