Singaraja– Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha carries out lectures with programs short course international which directly involve students from the Primary School Teacher Education study program. This program is attended by students from the International Class Initiation at the Faculty of Education. There were 25 students who joined this program, from FIP Undiksha Primary School Teacher Education students, from Malaysia, and from Nigeria.
To Public Relations, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Kadek Suranata, M.Pd., Kons., said he hopes there will be more International which can be held and involve foreign students, and hopes that more foreign students will join courses which is held by our Faculty offline.
“Hopefully more and more lecturers and students, especially International Class Initiation students, will get involved which involves foreign students, so that lecturers and students get the opportunity to interact directly with international students. “This is one form of the Faculty’s efforts to realize the vision of becoming a superior faculty in Asia and internationally,” said Prof. Suranata.
One of the students who was involved in the short course International Sabina Andari said that this program is a great opportunity for students to be able to interact directly with overseas students and is a bridge for students to find out more about a country by exchanging experiences with overseas students. This program is also one of the things that can help hone English speaking skills for students.
“We hope that the material provided can be obtained well by us as students, and can be used well in the thesis preparation process. “This program should be able to help develop our English to be much better in the future and this program is an extraordinary experience for us,” Sabina said.
