In accordance with the circular letter from the Secretary General of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number: 5478/A.P1/SE/2017 concerning the Initial Reporting Period for PPDikti, reporting in the higher education database begins in the 2003/2004 academic year.
Students enter their data independently through the Undiksha Academic Information System (Siak) with their respective accounts. This biodata includes name, place of birth, date of birth, religion, gender, NIK, NISN, address, education, biological mother’s name, biological father’s name, parent’s occupation, and others. In accordance with regulations, this data is reported tohttps://pddikti.kemdikbud.go.id no later than 1 month after the student is registered at Ganesha University of Education. In connection with this, students have previously been advised to review and update their data via the Undiksha Academic Information System (Siak) independently through their respective accounts. If students are careless and don’t pay attention, then whatever data is in the alert will be immediately recorded by the central system.

If it is found that there is data that does not match, then comply with the decree of the Director General of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 302/B/SK/2017 dated 28 July 2017, alumni to submit a letter requesting data correction to the Chancellor of Ganesha University of Education via email:akademik@undiksha.ac.id by attaching:
1. Soft copy of the original degree in pdf form maximum 200 kb
2. Soft copy of the original transcript of grades in pdf form maximum 200 kb 3. Soft copy of original Birth Certificate in pdf form maximum 200 kb
4. Soft copy of the original Family Card in PDF form, maximum 200 kb
5. Soft copy of the original National Identity Card in PDF form, maximum 200 kb
Furthermore, the Academic Section of Ganesha Education University will propose improvements to the data through https://pddiktii.kemdikbud.go.id. The validation period in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (POS) in the decree above is 30 (thirty) working days.
Note: Supporting data that is inappropriate and exceeds the capacity of 200 kb will not be processed.
