“I think having the certificate will improve the competence and performance of the lecturers. More than that, this activity can also increase competitiveness, it is even useful for Study Program and Institution Accreditation,” he said.
The Deputy Dean from Panji Village, Buleleng emphasized that his party together with the leadership always encourage other educators to be able to obtain competency certificates.
“It seems that every year you have to prepare funds. In the future, perhaps the leadership will think of funding from DIPA Faculties and Institutions,” continued Tegeh.
Confirmed, Gusti Ayu Putu Sukma Trisna revealed, the competency certificate will be used as initial capital to always optimize all available opportunities, related to writing and publications. Furthermore, he hopes that in the future there will be more similar programs, as an effort to increase the competence of educators in the FIP Undiksha environment.
“For now, just create and write first, so that way it will be easier for us to enter the world of publishing. I hope this will continue, as a step to develop and hone the competence of lecturers obtained in the training,” he said. (hms Dewa Nida)
