Wednesday, April 7 2021 13.00 – 15.00 WITA the 4th Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Career Development series was held. The topic discussed in this activity is Strengthening Graduates’ Soft Skills “Dare to Compare and Stand Out”. Just like the previous series, this activity was carried out online via Zoom Meeting media. The 4th PGSD Career Development series involved very competent resource persons in the field of strengthening graduate soft skills, namely Dewa Ayu Puteri Handayani, S.Psi., M.Sc. who is also a young lecturer at the Early Childhood Teacher Education Study Program (PGPAUD) Faculty of Education (FIP) Ganesha University of Education.
In this activity, the resource person said that a qualified graduate must have more skills than other graduates to be desired or sought after in the world of work. In the world of work, hard skills and soft skills are equally important, so it is hoped that graduates will not ignore either of these skills. Apart from that, it was also conveyed that to achieve success, graduates must always ask “why” because in life we ??will always be learning. When we dare to get out of our comfort zone, it is a sign that we are learning and processing. (FIP Public Relations).
