Singaraja– Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha is increasingly showing its existence as a faculty trendsetter. Not only collaborating in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, it is now spreading to the field of Student Affairs. The Student Executive Board (BEM) FIP Undiksha received a Comparative Study visit from the BEM of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Madura University (Unira) whose opening took place in the FIP Undiksha Seminar Room (12/11/2022) morning.
Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs FIP Undiksha, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., warmly welcomed the arrival of the Deputy Dean I FKIP Unira, Dr. Moh. Zayyadi, M.Pd., and his entourage. He considered this activity to be a forum for sharing sessions related to BEM’s work in designing and implementing work programs.
“This activity is very good to do because we can exchange information and BEM’s experience in developing its programs,” he said.
The Deputy Dean from Panji Village, Buleleng hopes that this activity can be intensified and followed by real action.
“I hope this can continue to the collaboration stage, whether student exchanges or Tri Dharma PT collaboration with lecturers,” he added.
The Deputy Dean I of FKIP Unira, Moh. Zayyadi. He said that FIP ??Undiksha was chosen as the destination for the comparative study because it was considered that Undiksha was one of the best universities in Indonesia. Therefore, he hopes that FIP ??Undiksha can spread his experience to improve the achievements of FKIP Unira students.
“We see Undiksha as the best campus in Indonesia, which is our reference for how students can gain knowledge and achieve,” he explained.
Furthermore, his party said that in the future they would establish further collaboration with FIP Undiksha regarding the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
“We will adopt several activities related to Tri Dharma PT, one of which is related to publication management,” he continued.
Meanwhile, the Chair of BEM FIP Undiksha, Ni Putu Putri Budiastini, assessed that this activity was a positive program in fostering a sense of togetherness, building relationships, and being able to share best practices related to ormawa work programs.
“I think this program is extraordinary, we can share work programs, because different environments will grow different people, and these differences can provide maximum experience,” said Putri.
In line with that, the Chair of BEM FKIP Unira, Yulianto admitted that he was interested in organizational management, and several work programs initiated by BEM FIP Undiksha.
“BEM FIP Undiksha has explained many things, and that has become the motivation for us. “If it is effective, we will review and implement it at BEM FKIP Unira,” he stressed. (hms Dewa Nida)
