Singaraja– Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha, again received visits from partner universities. This time it came from Semarang State University (Unnes) Wednesday, (28/09/2022) morning, which is based at the Gde Manik Arts Building, Singaraja. This visit is in the context of implementing the MoA that has been established between the PGSD Study Program FIP Undiksha and FIP Unnes which is packaged in a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Academic Seminar entitled “Relevance of the Independent Curriculum: Solution or Ambition?” with resource person, Chair of the Independent Campus Learning Cluster (MBKM) FIP Undiksha, Dr. Putu Nanci Riastini, S.Pd., M.Pd., and Lecturer at FIP ??Unnes, Dr. H. Suratno, M.Pd.
The group of 434 lecturers and students who took part in the Field Work Lecture (KKL), was led by the Head of the PGSD FIP Unnes Study Program, Drs. Isa Ansori, M.Pd. His presence was warmly welcomed by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, FIP Undiksha, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., accompanied by the PGSD Study Program Coordinator, Dr. I Gede Margunayasa, S.Pd., M.Pd., and staff.
This activity received full appreciation from the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, I Made Tegeh. He, who represented the Dean of FIP Undiksha, assessed that this visit supported the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) at both FIP Undiksha and FIP Unnes. It was further stated that to achieve superior KPI, FIP leaders continue to strive to intensify collaboration with other universities, in terms of the MBKM program, journal development, and so on.
“This visit leads to further collaborations, to pursue IKU. “The thing that is done is of course collaboration,” he said.
He hopes that this collaboration will continue to be close and even developed in terms of quantity and quality.
“I hope that this collaboration will be expanded about journals, joint research, student exchanges, etc.,” he continued.
For your information, last year PGSD FIP Undiksha and Unnes held various activities, including student exchanges and lecturer exchanges, as stated by the Coordinator of the PGSD FIP Undiksha Study Program, Dr. I Gede Margunayasa, S.Pd., M.Pd. Furthermore, the number one person in the PGSD study program hopes that in the future this collaboration will be further expanded so that FIP ??Undiksha students can visit FIP ??Unnes. He also said that in January 2023, his party will again receive visits from partner universities, which will certainly be able to boost IKU’s achievements.
After the activity, the Head of the Unnes PGSD Study Program, Isa Ansori explained that his arrival with his entourage to Undiksha was to discuss further collaboration related to IKU, namely IKU 2 (students gain experience outside campus) IKU 3 (lecturers carry out activities outside campus) IKU 4 ( teaching practitioners on campus) IKU 5 (lecturer research application) and IKU 6 (study program partnerships).
