Singaraja – Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha participated Faculty Parade as a series of the Anniversary Dies Natalis XXXof Ganesha University of Education, Monday (16/01/2023). The ceremony was held in the central campus of Undiksha that went on festive and spectacularly, decorated cheers from audiences. On that occasion, FIP Undiksha success brings a dance fragment with titled “Garuda Digjaya” which was initiated by the cchoreographer, I Nyoman Sugita Rupiana,S.Sn. Heexplained, this dance tells about Garuda’s journey of liberation His mother goddess, Winata from trap goddess Kadru along companion, through “Tirta Amrita”. In this case,Tirta Amerta is defined as a ‘Knowledge’ that is able to glorify fellow living beings. This is in line with the Vision of Undiksha, to become a ExcellenceUniversity basedon Tri Hita Karana Philosophy in Asia in 2045.
“Thus, the meaning of tirta amerta is that as glorious knowledge that must we learn every moment. Expected knowledge that can beneficial for worship Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa, useful for living beingsas well as useful for continuity the universe”, explained Sugita.
This outstanding work was welcomed by the Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd. He gives appreciation as high as possible to the dance director, students, committee members, as well the whole people involved in succeeding this dance. He originally came from Village Medahan, Gianyar also says, the leader will always give full support to BEM and HMJ in preparing the contingent for competing in the event of grand annual. Support showed through coaching, mentoring as well as funding.
“Yes, it was a great perfomance, made with so good. Even the dancers are drawn to the top as high as 6 meters, something out of the ordinary normal.
