Denpasar – Technology utilization and innovation production develop rapidly so that it brings up gap between education world and the need of human resources in the world of work and society. The challenge of 21st century education becomes role and strategy in connecting the gap between the education process both in college and the world of work and the innovation need. One approach which is used to accommodate the 21st century education is Independent Curriculum. Supporting this, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) held Curriculum Workshop with the theme “Synergy of Independent Curriculum at Elementary School towards Excellent PGSD in Asia 2045”, in order to follow up the curriculum which have been designed so that it suits the need of work (07/04/2022). The event which was held at Undiksha Auditorium Building in Denpasar involved education practitioner i.e., headmasters, teachers and the alumni of PGSD in order to synergize the PGSD curriculum and perfect and harmonize the Independent Curriculum towards excellent PGSD in Asia in 2045. The Dean ranks of Faculty of Education also attended the event, and they hoped it could be conducted sustainably and become regular agenda at PGSD Study program so that in the future, it could increase the synergy and the quality of the curriculum at PGSD Study Program.
