This achievement received appreciation from the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd. He said that this score could support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) and Faculty Clusterization.
“I think having this certificate will increase the competence and performance of the lecturers. “More than that, this activity can also increase competitiveness, and is even useful for Accreditation of Study Programs and Institutions,” he said.
The Deputy Dean from Panji Village, Buleleng emphasized that his party and the leadership always encourage other teaching staff to obtain competency certificates.
“It seems that funds have to be prepared every year. “In the future, perhaps the leadership will think about funding from DIPA funds from faculties and institutions,” continued Tegeh.
Confirmed, Gusti Ayu Putu Sukma Trisna revealed that the competency certificate would be used as initial capital to always optimize all existing opportunities, related to written work and publications. Furthermore, he hopes that in the future there will be more similar programs, to increase the competency of teaching staff in the FIP Undiksha environment.
“For now, just work and write first, so that way it will be easier for us to penetrate the world of publishing. “I hope this will continue, as a step to develop and hone the lecturer competencies obtained in the training,” he said. (hms Dewa Nida)
