Singaraja – The Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha again held the 2022 National XVIII Level of Virtuous Youth Election (PRB), whose opening was centered in the Undiksha Auditorium Building, Wednesday (26/10/2022). This prestigious event, which was echoed by the Student Executive Body (BEM), competed for the Governor of Bali’s Rotation Cup for the SMA/SMK/MA student category and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) Rotation Cup for the Indonesian Student category.
The activity was attended directly by the Dean of FIP Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., Deputy Dean of General Affairs and Finance, Dr. I Wayan Widiana, S.Pd., M.Pd., Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of the Department, and Study Program Coordinator at FIP ??Undiksha.
After the activity, Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., representing the Dean, expressed his appreciation to the organizing committee for making a very good contribution in order to create a superior and character generation.
“This is a very good step, and hopefully in the future it can continue to be created so that it can attract more participants,” said Aditya.
Furthermore, the Deputy Dean from Medahan Village said that the finalists would later join the Budipekerti Youth Alumni Forum with various work program designs as a form of real contribution to society.
“We hope that the finalists who are members of this association can become agents of Budipekerti in society,” concluded Aditya.
Meanwhile, Committee Chairman Ni Made Risda Kusnari Jayanti explained, this year there were 111 participants who registered, with a distribution of 89 people from the student category and 22 people from the student category. Furthermore, Risda, her nickname, said that to reach this stage, participants had to go through several stages.
“Prior to the top 20 stages, participants took administrative selection, portfolio selection, and a written personality test,” said Risda.
Delivered further, before setting foot on the Grand Final stage, the finalists will follow a series of quarantine, before appearing on the night of the Grand Final, which will be held on 28 October.
“The finalists will take part in a series of activities, including national seminars, personality interviews, talent show performances, resilience workshops and training as well as self-management & self-confidence, social services, and outbound,” he added.
Head of BEM FIP, Ni Putu Putri Budiastini hopes that this National level event must be followed by real action, both from the finalists, the committee, and even the entire Undiksha FIP academic community.
“Fill the word manners with activities that are beneficial to society,” he said.
