Singaraja– Faculty of Education (FIP) Undiksha again received a visit from the Field Work Lecture (KKL) group. This time from the FIP Guidance and Counseling Department, Semarang State University (UNNES) which took place in the Undiksha FIP Seminar Room, on Tuesday (07/02/2023). The visit was a follow-up to the close collaboration between Undiksha and UNNES. This certainly supports FIP Undiksha’s aspirations to become a Trendsetter Faculty in Indonesia. The arrival of the group, totaling 46 students and 2 accompanying lecturers, was warmly welcomed by the Dean of FIP Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., accompanied by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., and Head of the Department of Education, Psychology and Guidance (IPPB), Prof. Dr. Kadek Suranata, M.Pd., Kons.
After opening the activity, the Dean of FIP Undiksha, I Ketut Gading, said that this activity was a momentum to strengthen ties. More than that, this collaboration is also the first step to realizing a dignified Guidance and Counseling profession.
“We are grateful because we are trusted as a destination for KKL. “As a profession, BK still faces various challenges, both at the regulatory and implementation levels, and this is an important note for us all,” he explained.
The number one person in the Faculty of Education added that FIP ??Undiksha always maintains and maintains the harmony that Undiksha promotes. This has been proven on various occasions, that the Faculty of Education has become a destination for a number of partners to collaborate.
“This harmonious atmosphere at Undiksha is the driving force for friends outside to be interested in carrying out KKL, Comparative Studies, and Benchmarking at Undiksha, especially at the Faculty of Education,” continued Gading.
Speaking to Public Relations, the Head of the IPPB Department, Kadek Suranata, hopes that this collaboration can continue in other fields and most importantly, be followed by real action.
“Hopefully this can continue in the fields of publication, research, and community service, and also the fastest hope is that we can return visits to FIP UNNES,” he hoped.
The same thing was also expressed by the Assistant Lecturer at BK UNNES, Dr. Drs. Heru Mugiarso, M.Pd., Kons. He said that apart from conducting KKL, his visit to FIP Undiksha was also in the context of a Sharing Session, with the hope that in the future he could establish various collaborations.
“We hope we can get something at FIP ??Undiksha, basically we share with each other. “Of course, we don’t just visit each other, but there must be concrete follow-up,” he said.
For information, this event was followed by a Public Lecture from the BK FIP Undiksha Study Program Lecturer, Dr. Putu Ari Dharmayanti, S.Pd., M.Pd., with the topic “Producing Quality Graduates, Positive Character, and Strong Competitiveness”(hms Dewa Nida)
