Registration for Graduation Period November 2023
Submission of files is handled by the Faculty’s academic section
9 – 20 October 2023 Starting 08.00 – 15.30 WITA
Make sure you have entered your graduation registration data in SIAK/SIAKNG such as:
- complete the tracer study
- repository (status live archive)
- fill in graduate biodata
- make sure the name matches the last degree and does not use capital letters

- Colored passport photos (dark blue background) with size: 4×6, 4 (four) sheets (conditions can be seen on the form)
- Print Out Biodata from SIAK/SIAKNG
- Make sure you have entered your graduation registration data in SIAK / SIAKNG
- Last UKT/Last KRS Payment Slip.
- IKA Payment Slip
- Souvenir Payment Slip
- Collecting KTM (Student Card)
- Photocopy of last diploma
- Thesis Submission Proof Form
- Upload Softcopies of Theses and Articles that have been published in journals athttps://go.undiksha.ac.id/unggahskripsiFIP
Notes
– All files are included in the folder (red: BK Study Program, yellow: TP Study Program, green: PGSD Study Program, blue: PG-PAUD Study Program)
– Paste the identity sheet on the front page of the MAP
