Singaraja– Buleleng Regency successfully won 3 gold medals in the Women’s Sepak Takraw Sports Branch at the XV Bali Provincial Sports Week (Porprov) 2022 which took place at the Undiksha Jinengdalem GOR Arena, recently. This achievement cannot be separated from the contribution of students from the Faculty of Education who were members of 3 Quadrant Numbers, Teams, and Teams, all three of whom succeeded in winning medals. His success in winning gold was accompanied by a landslide score of 2 – 0 over Gianyar Regency. This achievement is certainly very proud for the alma mater.

The owner’s full name, Putu Karisma Pebriyanti, is the fifth daughter of Nyoman Buda and Nengah Sri Warning. He, who was born in Pakisan, on February 4, 2022, admits that he has been involved in the world of Sepak Takraw since he was in grade 3 of elementary school. His work has also resulted in several achievements, including in the Student Sports Week (Porjar) and Provincial Sports Week (Porprov). His determination to become an athlete received a positive response from his family, this has been proven so far, his party has returned to strengthen Buleleng by holding a multi-event sporting event on the Island of the Gods in 2022.
He, who is familiarly called Karisma, is currently studying at the Undiksha Faculty of Education, taking a concentration in Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) in semester 5. He is known as an active, agile, and skilled person in managing the Primary Education Student Association (HMJ Pendas). ). Not only has he excelled in sports, but his achievements in academics are also worthy of consideration. This is because, on various occasions, Karisma has always performed well in scientific competitions, both at the regional and national levels.
This brilliant achievement received full appreciation from the Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd.
“What an extraordinary achievement. “So students should be like this, balancing between the right brain and the left brain, not only developing themselves in academic studies but also having to excel in various competitions,” he said.
According to him, this is very good to support the upcoming Simkatmawa ranking. It was also conveyed that as a form of appreciation, the leadership had prepared incentives for students who succeeded in winning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place as an effort to motivate students to continue to excel.
“Students who win, we will provide incentives from the faculty, at the end of the year, so that they continue to fight for themselves, the faculty of education, and also Undiksha,” continued Adit.
Furthermore, the Deputy Dean from Medahan Village said that the leadership continues to strive to improve student achievement. The steps taken, of course, include coaching, mentoring, and preparing special funds.
