The Cooperation and Public Relations Agency (BKK) of Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) together with the Faculty of Education (FIP) held the final report of the KMMI program, ICT-Based Learning Media Course (15/10/2021). This online activity was attended by the Head of BKK, Made Windu Antara Kesiman, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., chairman of the activities committee, Dr. I Made Gede Sunarya, S.Kom., M.Cs. Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd. Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. I Wayan Widiana, S.Pd., M.Pd. Lecturers and Teaching Practitioners of the KMMI ICT-Based Learning Media Course.
The final report of this activity was delivered by Dr. I Gede Astawan, S.Pd., M.Pd. His party said that the activity which was designed on August 9 2021 was able to involve many practitioners in its implementation, how could it not be that the number of teachers designed according to the proposal was 8 people, but in its implementation, it increased significantly to 23 people, including 19 internal teachers and 4 practitioners. he said.
This activity, which was held virtually through the Undiksha LMS, was carried out over 16 meetings, attended by 275 students from 60 universities in Indonesia, and ended on October 8, 2021. During its implementation, there were various obstacles experienced by students, but this was handled well by the team. . he added.
“Judging from the number of enthusiasts, the course proposed by FIP is in the interesting category, now this is an achievement for FIP. On behalf of BKK, I express my very high appreciation regarding FIP’s readiness to accept program proposals from the government which are very innovative. “Hopefully in the future FIP will continue to be a thriving faculty, very dynamic, moving quickly to seize new opportunities, from proposals from institutions and centers,” said the Head of BKK, Made Windu Antara Kesiman with pride.
“I convey my great appreciation, in a very short time, you were able to complete this activity well. Thank you very much, I hope this activity can continue. “We will use all the input in this year’s activities as learning for the design of next year’s KMMI activities.” added the chairman of the committee, I Made Gede Sunarya optimistically.
“Several things related to learning, this is what we need to improve together. KMMI is our showcase for foreign students. So it’s not just limited to making modules, but it should be developed further, this could be the forerunner of massive open online courses which students can later choose. Then, regarding the learning process, I think we can revise it together, for example, maybe in the middle of the semester students can produce something project. If in the future this can continue, I think improvements can be considered, not only in the technical implementation but in the learning as well. “If I’m not mistaken, programs involving digital learning in the future, I think will continue to be extended by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology,” added Dr. I Gde Wawan Sudatha, S.Pd., S.T., M.Pd.
Academic from Panji Village, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd. said that the leadership of FIP Undiksha really supports this KMMI program.
“The implementation of the KMMI program is very good, we have gained a lot of experience from practitioners. Merger idea team teaching It’s good for studying, so it’s very useful for lecturers too. With monitoring from the committee, the quality can certainly be controlled. Friends, stay enthusiastic, we will evaluate the future to be even more stable, indeed starting at the beginning requires exploration, and learning from the experiences we have.
