Singaraja – Faculty of Education (FIP) were welcoming its 60th anniversary and the opening ceremony was held on Tuesday morning (August 2nd, 2022) via semi live virtual at Undiksha Auditorium Building. This moment was hoped to be able to increase the spirit of the academic society of FIP Undiksha to always collaborate in realizing FIP Undiksha as the Trendsetter Faculty in Asia.
The current opening ceremony was directly attended by the Dean of Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi.,accompanied by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. I Made Tegeh, S.Pd., M.Pd., Vice Dean for Finance and General Administration, Dr. I Wayan Widiana, S.Pd., M.Pd., Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Putu Aditya Antara, S.Pd., M.Pd., and Guide Lecturers of Student Executive Board (BEM). Meanwhile, the Chairman of FIP Undiksha Senate and Denpasar Implementation Unit of Teaching and Learning Process (UPPBM), Prof. Dr. Anak Agung Gede Agung, M.Pd., Department Heads, Study Program Coordinators, Lecturers and administration staff at FIP Undiksha also attended the event via online.
The chairman of the committee, I Komang Ardina Ajus Saputra from Education Technology conveyed that the current FIP anniversary chose the theme” Excellent FIP: Harmonic Collaboration in Creating Active, Creative and Innovative Generation”, with the hope that this event could deliver high-yielding seedlings to compete in the coming Undiksha anniversary. Furthermore, it was explained that the main event of CAKRA FIP Anniversary would be on August 9th, 2022 at Gde Manik Art Building Singaraja.
In line with this, the Chief of FIP Student Executive Board, Ni Putu Putri Budiastini from Elementary School Teacher Education mentioned that on its 60th year, FIP Undiksha was expected to produce active, creative and innovative generation. She and the ranks always support programs and vision of FIP Undiksha. “ We, the FIP Student Executive Board, are ready to always support and accommodate the students’ potency of the Faculty of Education through the anniversary of FIP Undiksha”, she said.
Meanwhile after the event, the Dean of Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi., invited all academic society to use the anniversary as the reflexion moment for the past events, future program design and achievement gained in 2021. This first person of FIP Undiksha always embrace all academic society of FIP Undiksha to increase togetherness to realize FIP vision to be the excellent faculty based on Tri Hita Karana in Asia In 2045.
“Our strategy is of course building togetherness, compiling targets to realize the vision and mission. We as the leaders always facilitate so that the target could be realized”, he concluded. (hms Dewa Nida)
