Prof. Dr. Kadek Suranata, M.Pd., Kons is a professor in the field of Guidance and Counseling with a recent focus on Neuroscience in Education and Counseling. His research includes the development and validation of neuro-counseling protocols based on neurophysiological biomarkers (EEG-TBR) for identifying student emotions, innovative counseling interventions oriented toward positive psychology, and the use of information technology (immersive VR, portable EEG) in psychosocial development. Studies on strength-based cognitive counseling perspectives and models, as well as the contextualization of local culture (Tri Kaya Parisudha, Tri Hita Karana), have been his research focus in the last five years.
